This is the most common mistake. The ute is moving, angled and covered in racks; the trailer is flat, kerbside, at eye level, and parked in front of the customer’s neighbours for the entire job. If you can only afford to do one, do the trailer.

A phone number that can be read from a car length back does more than a logo that looks good on a screen. On a vehicle panel, that generally means starting at 200 mm and keeping the number of lines to three or four. Test it: put the artwork on a phone screen, walk five metres away, and see whether you can still read the number.

Two vehicles, a trailer, four toolboxes and a site box is a lot of separate small orders — or one order at the 100 quantity break for less money than two of them separately. The discount table is on every configurator, so the maths is visible before you commit.
