Options and cost

Delivery is Australia-wide with tracking. The option you choose at checkout determines the cost and the estimate shown before you pay.

• —Standard — $9.95 (Australia Post parcel post, tracked), 3–7 business days in transit. Free on orders over $99.00
• —Express — $16.95 (Australia Post express, tracked), 1–3 business days in transit

Production time

Everything here is made to order, so there is a production step before anything ships. That currently takes 2–4 business days, and the transit time above is on top of it.

The estimate you see at checkout is the two combined. It is an estimate, not a promise — carrier delays happen and we cannot control them.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. You can also look up an order at any time using the reference from your confirmation email plus the email address you ordered with.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, tell us straight away — before production finishes we can usually change it. Once a parcel has been posted to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, recovering it is not always possible and a reprint may be chargeable.

Damaged or lost in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening further and email us. If tracking stalls or a parcel does not arrive, contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund.

International

We currently ship within Australia only. The shipping system is built as a configurable rate table, so adding other destinations is a configuration change rather than a rebuild — but until it is configured, we will not pretend to offer it.
