Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars. This business is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged and tax invoices are not issued.
The price charged is the price calculated by our server at the moment you check out. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we will contact you before producing the order rather than silently charging a different amount.
Custom-made goods
Everything sold here is made to your specification using artwork and text you supply. Production begins shortly after payment, which is why custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. If production has not started we will do it.

Your artwork and your responsibility
You confirm at checkout that you have the right to use the artwork you upload. We print what you give us — we do not check whether you own a logo, and we cannot.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A phone number with a wrong digit will be printed with a wrong digit. Check the preview before you order.
We may decline to print artwork that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that we reasonably believe would expose us to liability. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Colour and print variation
Screens emit light and print reflects it, so printed colour is never an exact match for what you saw on your monitor. Small variation in colour, and minor variation in cut position, are normal characteristics of this product and are not defects.
If exact colour matters to you, order the minimum quantity first.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier. We will always tell you what we have been told.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us and send a photo.
