Before you order
What file should I upload?
A PNG with a transparent background, an SVG, or a PDF gives the sharpest result. A JPG works but any white box around your logo will print. Files up to 12 MB are accepted. If your artwork is low resolution for the size you have chosen, the configurator tells you before you pay rather than after.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
We run automatic checks — file type, file size and, where the format allows it, pixel dimensions against the size you selected. That is not the same as a human print check, and we do not claim it is. If a file fails an automatic check you will see the reason immediately and can upload a different one.
How long do the stickers last outdoors?
Outdoor vinyl of this type is generally rated for several years of exterior use, but the honest answer is that it depends heavily on UV exposure, whether the surface is vertical or horizontal, and how it is cleaned. Brisbane, Perth and the Gold Coast are materially harder on print than Hobart or Melbourne. The UV laminate option seals the printed surface and is the single biggest factor you control.
Can I get a QR code on the sticker?
Yes. Paste your website or Google review URL into the configurator and the QR code is generated server-side and composed into the artwork sent to production. The URL is validated first — only http and https addresses are accepted.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout is guest checkout. You give an email address so we can send the confirmation and tracking, and that is the whole requirement.
